WARM-UP:
1) log on to computer
2) read blog
3) go to this link and take a quick pop quiz on the Access terms you should have typed yesterday.

CLASS ACTIVITIES:
4) after you take the quiz begin working on Unit 3, Lesson 1 Lesson Review and Exercises.
Remember that you will have to drag the databases the book wishes you to open from the J:/ drive, projects folder, in Crownover's class data files folder, in the BCIS II folder, in the Unit 3-Access folder, then from the lesson you are working on. Drag the file to your server and then open the database from YOUR sever (U:/ drive).
The following exercises are the ones I want you to complete: (these are due by the end of the period TODAY)
Lesson Review Exercises
* pg. 329 & 330 #1, LawnMowers Sample
* pg. 330 &331 #2, continuation of LawnMowers Sample
* pg. 332 #3, create a new database (save as: xxx-LawnMowers-Lesson 1)
Once you are done with the three databases above, be sure to drag them to the appropriate turn in folder and then come tell me that you have turned them in, so I can go and grade them immediately and you can start working on your Production test, listed below.
5) PRODUCTION TEST:
* pg. 333 #1, Examine a Database, Run through it quickly
* pg. 333-335 #2, Manipulate Database Records, Woodstarts
* pg. 335-336 #3, create a new database, (name the database: Fund-raising Event)

* due Monday, 3/2 - Production Test assignments due in the electronic turn in folder (pgs. 333-336)

I have finished grades. You can access your grades from Manor ISD webpage under family access. Go there to see your grades.
TODAY'S ACTIVITIES:
* Autumn is the only one that finished the DDC testing, Training Test - Word - Core yesterday.
* I expect EVERYONE, to finish it today and print me your results.
* Once you finish and have printed, Go through it one more time. Take the test again and print out the results. I want to you to take the Training Test; Word; Core test one more time. DON'T FORGET TO PRINT THE RESULTS PAGE.
* Daily participation grade today: must have one print out from each of you showing me that you have taken the Training Test - Word - Core exam.
